Dear Infinite Yarns Family,

It has been a very long 4 months since we had to close our doors to customers due to Covid-19, and we are excited to finally welcome you back in the shop! We will be re-opening slowly and carefully, to help keep us all safe.

On Wednesday, July 15th we will re-open, but it will not be business as usual.

Here are some important highlights of our Re-Opening Game Plan:

? We will be allowing customers in the shop BY ADVANCE APPOINTMENT ONLY. Appointments are available in 30-minute time slots on Tuesday – Saturday from 1 pm – 7 pm, and Sunday from 1 pm – 5 pm.

? Sign up for an appointment by emailing us at info@infiniteyarns.com or by calling the shop at (516) 293-0010. We are limiting the number of people in the shop at any given time to comply with mandated safety guidelines.

? We are requiring everyone inside the store to wear a mask (fully and properly), and upon entering everyone must sanitize their hands. There are no exceptions. Please note that Knit or Crochet masks alone, without a fabric or disposable mask underneath, do not provide sufficient protection.

? While shopping please try to minimize touching of yarns, especially avoiding touching yarn to your face. Be mindful and touch only those yarns you are genuinely interested in purchasing.

? Please respect social distancing guidelines while in the store, and if necessary, while waiting outside for your appointment time.

? We will be sanitizing commonly touched surfaces (door handles, countertops, etc.) throughout the day.

? Because we cannot sanitize yarn, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this point. We would not feel comfortable selling you yarn that had been in someone else’s home, and we are pretty sure you feel the same way. This includes yarn that was bought prior to Covid-19. Therefore all sales are final.

? We are not currently offering Group Classes – but we will let you know when that changes.

? Private Lessons and Extra Help are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Our regular fees ranging from $10 – $30 will apply.

? We are still continuing to offer all of our finishing and blocking services and will provide quotes before starting upon request.

? For those not comfortable with In-Store Shopping, we’ll continue to offer Curbside Pick-Up as well as shipping orders daily. You can shop our website from the comfort of your couch or call us at (516) 293-0010 to place a phone order.
